Development Is An Ongoing Process even though the priorities for Development  and their degrees will obviously differ in a Developed nation and that in a Developing one.

Canada has not only some of the most acute winters, but also it fair share of wind and rain. Here in Ontario, we have some of the most efficient snow removal services, to cater to the needs of the daily commuters. However there is always scope to improve the quality of life further.

People who take the bus, have to sometimes walk for ten to fifteen minutes to reach a bus stop and then wait on many occasions, in minus ten degrees centigrade or more, in wind and rain, at bus stops which barely protect them from anything.

Then there are commuters who, park at the Go stations and on their return from a hard days work, late evening, have to scrape off snow in these highly unpredictable weather conditions.

These daily occurrences are something which could be improved upon by providing bus stops and covered car parks at the Go stations, which would protect commuters from the wind, snow and rain.

This can certainly be achieved without any financial burden to the public through public-private partnerships.
